| From: Murali, Metasysinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Senior Identity Engineer - Sailpoint IDNOW Location: Remote Position Duration: 6 Months Summary: The Consultant is responsible for supporting delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Clients standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience primarily in SailPoint IdentityNow and will serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams to assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. Adaptability, focus on results, and the ability to tackle challenges are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Implement SailPoint IdentityNow. Configure and troubleshoot virtual appliances. Create identity profile transforms and connector and cloud rules. Perform role-based provisioning. Conduct access reviews (manager certification, source owner certification, and search-based certification). Utilize IDNow APIs. Onboard applications (Workday, Active Directory, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, etc.). Manage event triggers and workflows. Generate reports, manage SODs, and enforce general policies. Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners. Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements. Support clients post-implementation with user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance. Assist in managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT field. 3-5 years of professional work experience with enterprise software companies or system integrators, including 1 year of enterprise software implementation experience. Proficiency in programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL. Knowledge of technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web, and Application Servers. Experience installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms. Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.). Experience with directories (LDAP, AD). Nice to Have: Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) is a plus. Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint IIQ, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners. Experience with QA duties (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans) is a plus. Security software or internal IT audit experience is a plus. Experience in a startup company is a plus. Learning agility for cross-training. Prior Big 4 or leading system integrator experience preferred.
