WORK DESCRIPTION: We seek a driven, results-oriented individual to support the network team. The primary responsibilities for this individual will include the creation, moving to production (MTP), and ongoing management of a new video streaming and on-site corporate communications service offering. The primary responsibilities of this position are: Initial inventory of all current and potential signage locations and deployed equipment. Configuration and implementation of signage displays. Weekly status reports. Daily monitoring of system status. Create, update, and maintain operational documentation. Resolution of tier-1 generic network incidents and requests. Resolution of tier-2 and 3- technology-specific incidents and requests supporting the Video Streaming and onsite Corporate Communication services. Required skills: 4+ years of experience in Configuring, implementing, and managing network streaming services, AppSpace, IPTV, etc. 4+ years of experience Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions. 4+ years of experience Configuring, implementing, and managing network devices. 4+ years of experience Monitoring and troubleshooting complex network switches, routers, and firewalls. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting routing protocols, specifically BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VXLAN. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting next-generation firewalls. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting wireless networks. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting DNS. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting software-defined networks. 4+ years of experience Operating, managing, and supporting network access controls. Preferred skills: 2+ years of experience in complying with regulatory controls. Work hours and location: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40-hour work week). Additional work hours may be required to support 24-hour Utility operations, including evenings, weekends, holidays, inclement weather, and emergency closures.
