Job Title: Manual QA Test Lead Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 Duration: Long Term Must Have: Must have prior experience of leading a team of minimum 10 person. Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong understanding of software testing concepts and techniques. Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Detailed Job Description: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Execute manual test cases and analyze results to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and detailed information for developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and ensure that testing efforts align with business objectives. Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect reports, and risk assessments. Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong understanding of software testing concepts and techniques. Good working knowledge on different sandboxes and performing testing activities.
