Collaborate with IT to maintain the data warehouse architecture, measuring performance across the organization's operations. Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve data issues, working with business stakeholders and IT teams. Create source-to-target mapping documents for additional application data elements. Load mapping documents into the data warehouse and ensure alignment with ETL code. Perform data validation to ensure correct data movement. Collaborate with reporting teams to address variances between the data warehouse and source system applications. Technical Qualifications: 3+ years of data analysis in an enterprise data warehouse. 2 years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise. Advanced SQL knowledge. Familiarity with Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures. Experience in creating and tuning Semantic layer Reporting Views. Familiarity with RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2). Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD is a plus. General Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Education Requirements: B.S. Degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
