Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title : Mainframe Security Engineer Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL ( 2-3 days onsite) Duration: 12 month contract (8am-5pm EST) Visa : No H1b/CPT Job Description Must Haves: 10+ years of experience performing mainframe security. Experience with ACF2, RACF, TSS Experience doing vulnerability scans using zSecure Mainframe IBM utilities experience Plusses: Carla coding experience Qualys IP address management experience Experience with VMAD/MyCIO Bachelors degree in computer science Day to Day: The Mainframe Security Specialist is responsible for identifying risks and vulnerabilities within mainframe systems. Their mission is to maintain oversight and provide comprehensive reporting to stakeholders. The VM Mainframe team collaborates with stakeholders to remediate vulnerabilities on clients LPARs. Responsibilities Conduct vulnerability scans using tools like zSecure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address security gaps. Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Document security policies and best practices.
