Summary: Hiring need is for Senior/Principal Developer to be a part of our Charles River Order Management team. This team supports our four global financial trading desks and builds applications and integrations to enable our Traders to achieve Best Execution for our clients effectively and efficiently. You will be part of a high-performing group of engineers setting, mentoring and evolving the technology direction of our next-generation n-tier, native cloud enabled products, as well as integrating with off-the-shelf vendor products like Charles River. Qualifications: 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience Expert knowledge in C#/.NET software coding Proficient on Linux platforms with knowledge of various scripting languages Familiarity with a variety of programming styles (e.g. OO, functional) and in-depth knowledge of design patterns Experience with Order Management and Charles River products Experience in front office software development with an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund or Investment Bank Advanced Computer Science, Math or Financial Engineering degree A solid understanding of tradable financial instruments (securities, derivatives) and capital markets Experience building containerized applications and deploying to public or private clouds, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or similar providers.
