Please find below requirement and let me know your interest Salesforce Conga CPQ Technical Lead Location: Burlington, NC Onsite Duration: Long term Role name: Lead Role Description: Responsible to completely own the scope of work for Conga CPQ module for Q2C transformation program. Responsibilities includeo Review to understand the requirementso Design and prepare Technical design documentso Detailed planning for Conga CPQ module working with internal and customer stakeholderso Assigning task to team members and ensure successful completion of task as per scheduleo Provide guidance to team as neededo Prepare/update the status reports for CPQ module as per direction from TCS program managero Be the point of contact for customer for anything related to CPQ worko Establish and review for best practices, standards and qualityo Involve in development /build and unit testing of the Conga CPQ workstreamo Facilitate and plan the demo sessions with customero Support other work streams as required Competencies: Digital : Salesforce Development and Technical Design, Conga CPQ Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Minimum 10+ years of experience working on ERP/SaaS product implementations specific to Quote-to [1]Cash. Understanding of Conga CPQ functionalities and product capabilities to drive and enable business decisions Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes Deep understanding of X-Author (Excel) Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks Extensive technical knowledge of product configuration management: products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules. Understanding of Pricing management: Price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class. Hands-on Experience of Salesforce Integrations using SOAP / REST with TIBCO and/or other Middleware. Support highly integrated Conga CPQ solutions either by extending existing functionality or building from beginning. Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements; drive high quality implementation and issue resolution. Troubleshoot complex issues to support smooth business operations Validate the current system flow Conga (Quote-to-Cash) to be able to determine the gaps between business requirements, implemented solution, product features not leveraged etc. Strong Functional, Analytical and Problem-solving skills Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Manage the Salesforce CPQ development workstream (assigning work, tracking work , providing technical solution)Coordination with offshore team members and onsite and with customer to provide support related to the Salesforce CPQ related tasks Track key program milestones , team management Desirable Skills: Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Experience in IBM DataStage Experience in Tableau & WEBI report development Best Regards, Vinod | Sr. IT Recruiter| Email: [email protected] -- Keywords: information technology North Carolina Salesforce Conga CPQ Technical Lead- Burlington, NC Onsite [email protected] |
