The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in data analysis and a strong background in data warehousing. This role will involve working with large datasets, developing data models, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to communicate findings. Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams. Data Warehousing: Design, implement, and maintain data warehouse solutions. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across various data sources. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for efficiency and performance. Data Modeling & ETL Processes: Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs. Create and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to streamline data flow. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product development to understand data needs. Provide training and support to junior analysts and other team members on data analysis tools and best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, data warehousing, and business intelligence. Proven experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery). Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Soft Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
