| Sr Project Manager Program Manager Location: Sunrise, FL (Day 1 On-site All 5 days Work from Office) (Locals Only) Relevant Experience: 10 Years Mandatory Skills: SAFe Agile, Scrum, Program Increment, Project Management, FinTech should have finance or banking domain Responsibilities & Required Skills: 6-9 Years of experience in Project Manager to run 2 scrum teams for the Fast Forward Intraday program which includes Regulatory Reporting. Prior FinTech experience is a must. SAFe agile experience. Able to work with Technical teams to resolve issues and move key initiative through to delivery. Drives train/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with SME knowledge and technical savvy. Facilitates Program Increment (PI) planning meetings with leadership, product management, delivery teams, and Business Partners on the ART(s). Support train level meetings in partnership with product management and system architect(s) to ensure the preparation, readiness and prioritization of features for future PI planning sessions. Partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Partners to help assure strategy, vision, and road map alignment and execution. Oversees release trains with complex scope and inter-dependencies. Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the ART using relevant portfolio, Release Train, and team level metrics.
