| Job Title : SAP S/4 Hana with Automotive Consultant Location: Remote, Portland, Oregon Duration: 8+ Months Interview: Video Visa: USC, GC Only LinkedIn with pic. 2 Managerial references Responsibilities: Lead the Brownfield migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Implement and configure SAP IS Auto solutions, including VMS, PPDS, iPPE, and AIF, within the S/4HANA environment. Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications. Analyze current automotive business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the S/4HANA environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in automotive manufacturing and supply chain operations. Provide recommendations for process reengineering and system enhancements. Manage and deliver the SAP migration project within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure successful project execution. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP IS Auto solutions during and after the migration. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with SAP support and development teams to implement fixes and updates. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and stakeholders on new S/4HANA functionalities and processes. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process workflows, and user manuals. Ensure knowledge transfer and support for ongoing system maintenance. Ensure all SAP implementations and configurations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Support compliance audits and maintain necessary documentation. Required Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on the automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, specifically in VMS, PPDS, iPPE, and AIF. Proven experience in Brownfield migrations from ECC to S/4HANA. Strong understanding of automotive industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
