Role Lead Service Now ITAM Consultant Location Charlotte, NC (5 days onsite) / Remote (But should be fine to go onsite) EST Duration- Long Term Contract JD: Extensive and hands on experience on end-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro application and its modules as mentioned below: Software Asset Workspace and its different views like :- Software asset overview, License usage, License operations, Software asset analytics Creation and management of reports in Workspace Playbook for Software Asset Management Experience and clear understanding of the prerequisites required for SAM Pro implementation. Experience and clear understanding of SAM Pro plugins and how they are activated. Experience and clear understanding of SAM Pro tables. Experience and clear understanding of the SAM Pro roles and software asset management jobs. Extensive experience of SAM Pro Classic and its associated features and functionalities Experience and clear understanding of Software Discovery model normalization, manual normalization, and normalization suggestions. Experience and clear understanding about Software Reconciliation, License workbench, SaaS License Management, Software Spend detection. Experience and clear understanding about Domain separation and Software Asset Management Experience and clear understanding of Software Asset Management administration tasks like creating custom product, custom part number records, reclamation rules etc. Experience and clear understanding about Content Library and Content Service Experience and clear understanding of publisher packs and ServiceNow integration with Publisher portals like Adobe portal, MS Office365 portal etc. Experience and clear understanding related to the preferred discovery sources and discovery attributes required from SAM standpoint. Good understanding on licensing of major publishers like Adobe, MS, Oracle, VMware, Citrix etc. Complete understanding of Software Entitlement Management and Software Lifecycle. Experience working in license management process and Optimizing license utilization.
