Role: Business Analyst with Trade Management Location: Wellesley MA/ New York (Onsite) Duration: Long term contract on C2C/W2 Visa: Any except GC Required Skills/Experience: Past working experience in Investment Operations domain. Should be proficient in at least one Investment Operations domain (Trade management, Derivatives) Familiarity with diverse asset classes (Equity/Fixed Income/FX/Derivatives (Cleared/Bilateral) & Cash(TA, Management Fees) Facilitate technology projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Ability to quickly learn and map business process to systems & capabilities. Perform business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, detailed data analysis, data mapping and testing while collaborating with business teams. Participate in daily stand-ups and scrum sessions with the development teams. Experience with market utilities like Markit, CTM and exposure to SWIFT messaging for Securities/FX Preferred Skills/ Experience: Oracle/SQL Skills Experience with client onboarding projects for Investment Operations outsourcing is desirable. Strong understanding of end-to-end Investment operations workflows and functions. Experience with trade support functions for front office Skill Matrix: Skill Mandatory Proficiency Level (1-10) Past working experience in Investment Operations domain.
