Position Title: Data Tester

Location: Vienna, VA 100% remote

Duration: 12 months

LOCAL TO DMV AREA

Description:

Remote for now and local to HDQ for returning to the office in future

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for ETL/Data Migration to the cloud ecosystem.

Identify, analyze, and report defects found during testing.

Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects.

Validate and verify data accuracy and completeness.

Create and maintain test scripts in Python/PySpark and SQL.

Plan and coordinate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.

Testing Methodology

Databricks(Data Engineering)

PySpark, Python

Azure Data Factory

Azure (Data Analytics), Synapse (Dedicated SQL Pool)

SQL

Agile Delivery - Azure DevOps/Boards

Relational Database, Azure Test plans
