Job Code JPC - 27871 Job Title BTP Engineer Oil & Gas Job Location Houston, TX (Hybrid) Job Type Contract Job Duration 6 Job Description:- Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Design and architect scalable and secure solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. Develop custom applications using SAP BTP services including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Fiori, and SAP UI5. Implement integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite and SAP Extension Suite. Platform Management: Manage and optimize SAP BTP environments including performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures for all BTP-based solutions. Project Management: Lead and manage BTP-related projects from conception through implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and deliver solutions on time and within budget. Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide advanced technical support for SAP BTP applications and services. Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the platform's stability and security. Training and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BTP solutions, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members on SAP BTP best practices and technologies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specifically focused on SAP technologies and BTP. Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP BTP services including SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP Integration Suite. Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js, and ABAP. Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable. Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes Certifications: SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP BTP (preferred).
