Position: Power Automate RPA Specialist Location: Central Omaha, NE Duration: 6+ Months Mode of interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes. Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation. Develop custom connectors and integrations with other Microsoft and third-party applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate workflows. Optimize and enhance existing workflows for improved performance and efficiency. Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Automate solutions. Help to train and educate key stakeholders on continued use cases. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Proficiency in designing and developing automated workflows using Power Automate. Experience with custom connector development and integration with Microsoft and third-party applications. Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Helpful Experience: Experience with other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
