Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively. Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, business analysts, and finance professionals, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide detailed project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Oversee user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Oracle EPM solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle EPM implementations. Experience with PBCS and Oracle Financials is a big plus Deep understanding of Oracle EPM suite, including Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Strong financial acumen and familiarity with financial processes and reporting. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar software. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
