Job Description: We need 2 Business Analyst to do activities like workshop facilitation, documentation update and management, Process flow diagram development etc. SAP awareness is mandatory as they will be working in an SAP project. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role. Solid understanding of creating process flow diagrams. Proficiency in designing process flows for ERP implementation using Visio, PowerPoint or similar tools. Proficiency in creating workshop materials and recording meeting minutes. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a consultancy firm or similar professional setting. Experience with SAP ERP implementation. Experience in the Retail industry. Key Responsibilities: Workshop Facilitation: Document workshop materials by working with technical and business leads. Participate actively in workshops, offering valuable insights and documenting crucial takeaways. Accurately record minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Content Management: Update content routinely, incorporating insights from meeting discussions and workshop outcomes. Effective communication and comprehension of all pertinent information among stakeholders. Process Flow Development: Create process flows documentation. Gather input from business and technical teams to pinpoint areas for improvement, and devise optimized process flows.
