Below are the most important skills they are looking for. Writing SQL querries, Postman, Swagger, Automation testing tools, API documentation, AWS Cloud experience, Angular/REACT, Data analysis, experience migrating from old legacy systems to new technology, Data Mapping/Flow diagrams, understanding how to read java is a must. Required Qualifications Ability to influence and negotiate with key decision makers. Agile mindset. Requirement documentation. Process flow diagrams. Organized & Detail Oriented. Data analysis & integration. Experience working in an AGILE environment. Experience with AGILE tool. BA/BS in CS, Information Systems or Information management or Systems design. Life and Disability experience. Group Insurance experience a plus. Knowledge of SQL, Databases and Analytical/Reporting tools such as PowerBI/Tableau a plus. In this role you will: Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Continuous upskilling of user platforms to support and in some cases administer updates within the system (configuration, tables, administration). Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Performing user acceptance testing. Working closely with the Product Owner ensuring the team is focused on the right priorities. Creating and developing user stories and maintaining the backlog. Managing competing priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Develop proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and AGILE tools (JIRA, MIRO).
