Client connectivity knowledge related to exchange 2010 and exchange 2013 7. Providing Level 2 support for Exchange 2007/2010/2013/O365 users 8. Should the team to achieve customer satisfaction/SLA 9. Excellent Written and communication skills 10. Interact with different support team/customer to resolve the issues within SLA time period 11. Attend customer meeting and full fill customer expectations 12. Operational management of a Global Exchange domain 13. Participate in a 24X7-hour on-call rotation to provide after business hours support 14. Physical and logical server monitoring of Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013 systems including hardware, operating system and applications 15.
