Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the SAP technical landscape. Architecture and Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design and implement SAP integration solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during implementation and customization of SAP solutions. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Perform system performance tuning and optimization to maximize the performance of SAP solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP solutions and architecture. Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform. Experience with SAP implementation methodologies and tools. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and SAP Fiori/UI5 development. Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration. Experience with SAP security and authorization concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ERP Experience skills Required (As TMO is migrating from SAP to Oracle): Lead the design and architecture of ERP solutions, including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and customization. Design and implement ERP integration solutions with other enterprise systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during ERP implementation and customization. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP modules related to Fulfillment, exceptional technical proficiency, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex conversion solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of conversion strategies and methodologies for SAP implementation or migration projects, with a primary focus on Fulfillment processes. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand conversion requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Develop conversion scripts, programs, and data mapping rules to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems into the SAP environment, specifically targeting Fulfillment modules. Configure and customize SAP Fulfillment modules, including SD, WM, and LE, to support conversion requirements and align with business processes. Define data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of converted data during the migration process, particularly within Fulfillment processes. Collaborate with technical teams to perform data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality assurance activities as part of the conversion process, focusing on Fulfillment data. Develop and execute conversion test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate the accuracy and completeness of converted Fulfillment data against business requirements. Identify and resolve data migration issues, errors, and discrepancies in a timely manner, working closely with stakeholders and project teams. Document conversion procedures, data mapping rules, and technical specifications for reference and knowledge transfer purposes, with a specific emphasis on Fulfillment modules.
