Test Manager Role Detroit Description We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Manager to join the Ally ERP Transformation program to implement Workday FIN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program testing efforts and support the Testing Workstream. The candidate will report to the HCM/FIN Technology Director & Test Lead. This role will collaborate with the ERP Systems Integrator, ERP Functional and Technical workstreams, Kainos Automation Testing vendor, existing Workday HCM Business and Technical Release team, and Allys Testing CoE to drive testing (all phases of Workday implementation, automation, and regression testing). The candidate will support test design, test case creation, test automation, and test execution. They will also be responsible for test management for governance, communications, test phase entry / exit criteria, defect and metric reporting, etc. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the entire test cycle, which will involve multiple phases, including Smoke, Unit, End-to-End, Regression, Integrations, Parallel, Data Conversion, and UAT, until the Sign-off of each phase.
