Job Description Job Title: Oracle Developer (Mantas) Location: NJ Mode of Interview - Skype MUST HAVE: Mantas development experience Job Description: As an Oracle/Mantas Developer, your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of in-house products using Oracle/Mantas, specifically focusing on transaction monitoring tools. This role requires a high level of expertise in Oracle products, particularly MANTAS, and experience in developing customized solutions to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and support. This position is suitable for mid to senior-level professionals who possess advanced skills in Oracle/Mantas development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain in-house products utilizing Oracle/Mantas, particularly transaction monitoring tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications. Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions using Oracle/Mantas technologies. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the developed applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolution. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle/Mantas technologies and incorporate them into the development process. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, if applicable. Required Skills: Extensive experience in developing in-house products using Oracle/Mantas. Proficiency in Oracle technologies and tools, including Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports. Strong understanding of transaction monitoring concepts and methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle/Mantas. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Desired Skills: Experience with other Oracle products or technologies, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle Business Intelligence. Familiarity with financial regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) processes. Previous experience in a mid to senior-level development role.
