Title: Product Developer Location: Greater Boston, MA area Responsibilities: Develop strategies to expedite product penetration into new markets while focusing on enhancing the end-user experience. Collaborate with Testing and Quality teams to establish and manage product testing procedures. Act as the subject matter expert for cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support as needed. Attributes & Skills: 1-4 years of experience in product development, marketing, human factors engineering, or related fields, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Consumer-first mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional products and experiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships across diverse teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on driving impact. Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for learning and growth in a dynamic environment.
