Minimum 3+ years of experience in S/4 HANA EWM with a minimum of 1 full cycle EWM implementation, including hands-on design and configuration. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Managed Services. Experience working in the Manufacturing Industry, with exposure to Automotive OEM being an added advantage. Responsibilities: SAP Implementation and AMS: Lead and participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, and Application Managed Services, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements. EWM Expertise: Utilize extensive experience in S/4 HANA EWM to provide hands-on design and configuration, including Centralized and Decentralized Warehouse Management, Inbound and Outbound processes, Kitting, Internal Warehouse processes with VAS, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Posting Changes. Warehouse Order Management: Demonstrate proficiency in warehouse order creation rules and configuration, ensuring smooth operations. RF Integration and Customization: Collaborate with SAP ABAP teams to develop custom EWM RF transactions and other RICEF objects, ensuring seamless RF integration and queue management. Data Migration and Cutover: Lead EWM data migration activities and cutover processes during Go-Live, ensuring data integrity and system readiness. Storage Control Configuration: Configure Process-Oriented Storage Control (POSC) and Layout-Oriented Storage Control (LOSC), along with Warehouse Process Type (WPT) determination. Warehouse Operations: Oversee direct goods receipt, deconsolidation, goods issue processes, put-away and picking strategies, kitting, production staging, and batch management. Post Processing Framework (PPF): Modify and configure the Post Processing Framework in PRE-W environment, ensuring effective document processing and communication. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in EWM is preferred. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA EWM. Proficiency in RF integration and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
