The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Drupal site building, theming, and custom module development, as well as a proven track record of creating and managing components and templates in Acquia Site Studio. This role requires expertise in CSS, HTML5, and content management to deliver high-quality web solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Drupal 8/9 site building, module development, and theming. Manage and organize content using Drupals content management features. Extensive experience with Acquia Site Studio, including template and component development. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. Familiarity with modern development workflows using tools like Git, npm, and task runners (e.g., Gulp, Grunt). Experience with PHP, MySQL, and integrating third-party APIs. Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Acquia certifications such as Acquia Certified Site Builder or Developer. Experience with other content management systems (CMS) and headless CMS architectures. Familiarity with cloud hosting environments, particularly Acquia Cloud.
