The ideal candidate will ensure smooth deployment, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities: Reporting and Analysis: Create and manage reports on software adoption using BI tools. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and resolve risks impacting release scope, quality, and schedules. Release Planning: Plan and manage release windows and cycles across portfolios and components. Relationship Management: Coordinate processes and maintain relationships with interrelated teams across various locations. Communication: Clearly communicate release plans and changes to all stakeholders. Process Coordination: Synchronize processes between different teams and manage dependencies. Enterprise Coordination: Manage the integration of releases with OS updates and third-party applications. Documentation: Produce detailed deployment, implementation, and run book plans; maintain release schedules. Technical Oversight: Work with release engineers on code merges and branch ramifications; develop automation and release management tools. Readiness and Review: Conduct release readiness and milestone reviews. Training and Guides: Develop technical guides and training for external functionality. Deployment Management: Oversee deployment to production and test environments, ensuring all dependent items are available during runtime. Qualifications: Excellent programming skills and experience in software infrastructure and configuration management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2-6 years of experience with project or release management tools . Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and structured thinking. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
