Kindly review the following job requirement and inform me if you are interested Job Role: Lead Salesforce Developer Location: Newark, NJ (2-3 days Hybrid in office Newark, NJ) - Locals Only Job Title: Tech Lead Salesforce Engineer Duration: 12 Months Manager is looking for a Tech Lead. The team size will flex between 6 10. The focus for the HM is: Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem of at least 10yrs. At least 3-4 yrs of Tech lead experience Until now we havent seen this with any of the candidates including the ones we interviewed. Financial industries experience preferred. At least 3 Salesforce certifications. (these will be verified) The Tech Lead will do code reviews and code if needed. As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will partner with product owners, tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery professionals to improve our next generation customer service systems. You will code, test and debug new and existing applications as you implement capabilities to solve sophisticated business problems, deploy innovative products, services and experiences to delight our customers! In addition to advanced technical expertise and experience, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do. Skills & Expertise: Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills Advanced experience and/or expertise with several of the following: Apex, Lightning Component Development, Java Script, REST/JSON and XML integrations Process automation such as Flow, Batch/Async Apex Configuration and knowledge of the Sales/Service cloud configuration and administration of core capabilities, data model, Integrations, security, access control Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud or Sales Cloud functional knowledge. Advanced flows, Platform Events, Large Data Volumes and performance optimization. Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 Unit, interface and end user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non-functional) Configuration and administration of core capabilities, data model, integrations, security, access control Trust is Contagious!!
