Job Title: Java Developer with AEM Location: RTP NC or San Jose CA Prefered: Ex CISCO Responsibilities: Design and develop high-performance web applications using Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Customize and extend AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet specific project requirements. Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party services using RESTful APIs and web services. Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on web applications. Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its core components, including templates, components, dialogs, and workflows. Strong understanding of AEM architecture and the ability to customize and extend AEM functionality. Proficiency in Java, JSP, and Servlets. Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration. Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
