Three days a week onsite, Tues, Wed, Thurs, with Monday and Friday being remote Responsibilities: Create training materials designed for internal employees for in-person and distance-learning/self-paced, including, but not limited to, in person and remote audience[Instructor Led Content], web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses; including but not limited to pre-production, production, and post-production Develop content on, and for, macOS, iOS, and iPad; and, use a variety of tools to create content, such as but not limited to editing software, LMS/CMS, content creation tools/software Collaborate with content developers across modalities to make consistent and cohesive training offerings Support the global training team by assisting with training material reviews, asset management, and various regional projects Develop, deliver, review and create content on, but not limited to, various proprietary and 3rd-party applications, across varying modalities as mentioned above. Deliver thoughtfully designed work which maximizes ease of use across a variety of audiences with clean, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials Provide regular communications, including, but not limited to updates in meetings, and via online communication tools, with various stakeholders, leadership, and people across company and vendors as needed Required Skills: Technical Writer with 6+ years experience Experience creating content for, macOS, iOS, and iPad. Use and knowledge of, but not limited to, Storyline, Final Cut, Screen Flow, Adobe Captivate 2022, Camtasia or other Online Content Tools used for direction and implementation of project work for testing and production. Experience with security and compliance rules. Experience with a variety of tools to create content, such editing software, LMS/CMS, content creation tools/software Experience writing across multiple modalities in learning/training and development - including, but not limited to, live classes [ILT and vILT], online content [elearning/SGT, video], etc. Experience with release of tools, apps, and relevant information to be able to effectively create, and deliver content; additional ability be able answer questions around content Experience designing in-person and distance-learning/self-paced, including, but not limited to, in person and remote audience[Instructor Led Content], web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses; including but not limited to pre-production, production, and post-production Thanks & Regards Sushmita Soni Sr. Technical Recruiter| SoniTalent Corp.
