Hands on experience in OneTrust Cookie Consent Management or similar consent Management platforms. includes Design and implementation of Cookie consent management system using OneTrust Tool. Configure System global configs, User & Groups. Configure reports & dashboards. Configure Organization Hierarchy. Configure and integrate with Identity platforms. Integration with Web applications for Coolie management. Experience: 8+ years Required Skills: OneTrust, Performance Validation - Must have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding and practical experience with OneTrust are required. - Demonstrated ability in Performance Validation, ensuring projects meet all performance criteria. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments. - A strong sense of responsibility and accountability is crucial for success in this role. - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. - Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation. - A team player with the ability to work independently. - Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities are highly valued. - Familiarity with project management Nice to Have Skills: - Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations is a plus. - Healthcare domain knowledge Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals. - Utilize OneTrust to manage data privacy and security aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Conduct Performance Validation to ensure that all aspects of the project are tested and meet the projects requirements and standards. - Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. - Optimize resource allocation and ensure that each project adheres to its respective timeline and budget. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
