| From: Akash Sharma, Tekinspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) Duration: 18 Months + Extensions MOI: Virtual Job Description: The Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating with the clients digital profile team and Salesforce Professional services to set up meetings, meticulously document discussions, and ensure follow-through on action items. They will lead the creation and maintenance of knowledge transfer documentation, such as knowledge articles and standard operating procedures on Wiki platforms like Confluence. Additionally, they will champion the establishment of service-level agreements and standard operating procedures. The role involves working closely with the business and product team members to translate intake items into detailed product requirements and user stories for ticket creation. The Business Analyst will also facilitate weekly sessions with Salesforce Professional services, manage meeting agendas, and attend business partner interactions to relay pertinent requests and knowledge back to the product team with the product manager and product owners.
