| Web Developer 2 Bill Rate Max: $52/hr Candidate Location Requirements: Remote Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A bachelors in a Computer Science background would be great but not required. Disqualifiers: None Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain strong technical web development experience with typescript and C#. Previous experience working with AI is a plus. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of the code they develop. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 4 years experience with Front End web development 2. Minimum 3 years experience with Typescript 3. Minimum 2 years experience with C# Hard Skills Assessments Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Week of 5/28 and early June. Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1-2 rounds conducted by 2-3 developers on the team and the front end tech lead. Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should study up on basic data structures and be prepared to answer questions related to typscript prior to the assessment. There may be a standard coding assessment. Summary: The main function of the Web Developer is to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.
