Should be efficient in writing scalable and efficient code Should be able to write integration and unit tests as well as conducts end to end tests. Should have ability to debug and troubleshoot issues. Should have mechanism to improve existing workflows and process. Should have mechanism to develop Restful APIs Ability to perform code reviews and support tasks as needed. Communicates thoroughly and respectfully to peers, stakeholders and senior leadership.
