| WM I Manhattan Lead Location : Scottsdale, AZ ( Onsite ) Exp Req : 10+ Key Qualifications 10+ professional experience of software development using agile methodologies. Proficiency in iSeries, RPG, CL, SQL is required. Must have experience with supply chain domain. Hands on experience in Manhattan WMi Functional Configurations in the following Modules ( not limited ) Warehouse Management, Picking, Packing, Pelleting. Experience implementation, configuring and supporting Manhattans iSeries based WMi solution is a plus. Ability to partner with other technical teams to ensure WMi solutions are integrated properly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage individuals at all levels of the organization. Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills Serves as lead in cross functional teams dealing with challenging engineering problems or opportunities. Hands on experience to lead a team of Manhattan WMi Consultants ( both Onsite and Offshore ) and Offshore Client Management Skills Leads multidimensional projects that involve multiple teams. Leads and works with other software engineers on design best practices and conducts code review. Resolves complex engineering problems, collaborating with others. Provides input and helps define functional requirements gathering and detailed design. Apply engineering patterns and principles. Design, develop and implement software utilizing an agile project cycle. Ensures quality of software and acts as gatekeeper of change control. Mentoring junior members of the team and raising the bar for technical knowledge is an important aspect of this role. Add/Upgrade the tools to improve teams efficiency.
