REQUIRED SKILLS: Specific knowledge and skills The Index Product Marketing Specialist will report into the Global Head of Index Marketing based in New York and work closely with the team leads across sales, product, marketing, and research. The candidate should have a strong background in product marketing and marketing communications with an emphasis on creating messaging, competitive positioning, and go to market campaigns. The ideal candidate is a savvy, creative professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience who takes pride in being a proactive, ambitious, and self-directed individual with a deep understanding of the Index industry and its ecosystem. Desired experience 10+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services industry, with a focus on Index products. Good understanding of the Index market and how it impacts the investment process. Excellent organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Confident self-starter with proven leadership qualities, strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing marketing materials in the financial services sector.
