| From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Senior IT Solutions Architect 12 months CTH Chicago, IL Remote Phone/Skype Overview: As a Senior IT Solutions Architect, you will provide technical expertise to both IT and business teams, guiding them in identifying and implementing technology solutions aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing enterprise-wide architecture and software solutions, ensuring these align with business strategies and end-to-end process workflows. You will be responsible for producing comprehensive system architecture designs, and offering technological advice to IT leadership to help shape strategic IT plans, maintaining and enhancing relationships with business and IT partners, and regularly updating key stakeholders on project statuses. Additionally, you will manage the environment planning and coordination with SaaS vendor maintenance schedules, oversee internal release schedules, and ensure compliance with security processes across all applications in the portfolio. You will provide oversight for the technical arch team, and stay abreast of trends and issues within the HR portfolio, evaluating new technologies to identify opportunities that can benefit the business or internal IT team. *Specifically looking for expertise in Oracle HCM. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within both the development and production environments. Design and develop enterprise-wide architecture, software solutions and strategy in alignment with the business strategy and end to end process workflow. Produce system architecture designs. *Solutions may include but are not limited to the development of various types of applications, web, mobile app, full stack or integrations hosted on premises data centers or in the cloud. Provide technological expertise and advice to IT leadership in the development of strategic information technology plans to support business strategies. Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners. Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis. Provide input to IT managers on performance of IT personnel to assist in performance evaluations, career development, and recognition. Manage security process across all applications in the portfolio, ensuring compliance with management model and audit requirements. Will provide oversight for offshore tech (environment) team Maintain awareness of trends and issues in the HR portfolio. Evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities and provide analysis of their potential impact to advantage the business or our internal IT team. Assist in development of business cases. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines Experience in development, process design or configuration of HCM applications, particularly Oracle HCM and iCIMS Talent Cloud. Understanding of HR processes such as payroll, recruiting & talent, time entry, benefits, core HR, and HR analytics. 10+ years of IT application production support experience supporting multiple applications across portfolios in an operational environment servicing an enterprise level user base. 10+ years of software design and development experience with all or some of the following technologies: SQL or NoSQL databases (Oracle/ SQL Server), Azure cloud (IaaS/PaaS), Python, JavaScript, Informatica, Apigee, Boomi, Unix shell scripting Design and development of large data models, data lakes, and use of data visualization (tools such as PowerBI is a plus) Experience with or exposure to Agile Scrum and interactive development processes Excellent analytical skills with systematic and structured approach to software design. Ability to translate vision into executable architecture and software design.
