Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant with strong configuration skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing SAP WM solutions, ensuring seamless warehouse operations for our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirement Analysis: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse warehouse management requirements. - Conduct thorough business process analysis related to inventory management and logistics. 2. SAP WM Configuration: - Configure and customize SAP WM functionalities to meet business requirements. - Implement and optimize SAP WM processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and storage strategies. 3. Integration: - Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) to ensure smooth integration with WM. - Implement and maintain interfaces with external systems for data exchange. 4. Master Data Management: - Manage and maintain SAP WM master data, including material master, storage bins, and warehouse structures. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP WM module. 5. User Training and Support: - Provide training to end-users on SAP WM functionalities and best practices. - Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP WM-related issues. 6. Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP WM configurations and processes. - Document any custom developments and enhancements made to the SAP WM module. 7. Continuous Improvement: - Stay informed about SAP WM updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. - Propose and implement continuous improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Educational Background: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. Experience: - Minimum of X years of experience as an SAP WM Consultant. - Hands-on experience with multiple full-cycle SAP WM implementations. 3. Technical Skills: - In-depth knowledge of SAP WM configuration and customization. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP WM and other SAP modules. - Experience with RF (Radio Frequency) devices and solutions. 4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: - Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and provide effective solutions. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP WM issues. 5. Communication: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. Team Collaboration: - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and business users.
