Title: IT Security Analyst Location: Carolina, RI (onsite) Terms: Contract Job Details: Accountabilities: Develop and maintain incident response processes and procedures Review, investigate, and respond to security alerts Assist in management of incident response tracking platform Monitor and improve client endpoint security platform Monitor and improve client centralized security logging architecture Create and maintain client SOP catalog for in scope processes Periodically perform security assessment activities in order to gauge JTEKT security posture and test response procedures Work with third party security vendors to improve delivered services Create incident response metrics for tracking program efficiency and maturity Supervisory Responsibilities: As an active member of the Information Security Team, the Information Security Analyst is responsible for daily operations associated with security monitoring within the North American region Activities involved include reviewing active alerts for legitimacy, responding in a timely manner, and working with other members of the IT group and end users to properly remediate any discovered issues Expectations also involve the development, maintenance, and maturity of the incident response platform, SOP catalog, and associated documentation This position will also be required to conduct product, process, and system security assessments on an as needed basis to ensure a well rounded and sufficient security posture is present Essential Duties Bachelor degree 3 years experience preferred, or Associates degree 5 years experience, or 7 years experience and industry certifications 3 years of incident response experience preferred Work Environment/Physical Demands: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Work is mostly performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards, and with substantial time spent working on a computer Requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate computer keyboard and other office equipment The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection Recurring travel is not required but in the event of an emergency travel to the location of an incident Employee may perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned Thanks & Regards, Ishanka Bisht Website: www.tekaccel.com E: ishanka @ tekaccel.com 2601 Little Elm Pkwy , Suite 201, Little Elm , TX 75068 Mexico Office Av.
