Job Title : .Net Technical Project Manager (Sr. Full Stack) Location : Redmond, WA-REMOTE Interview : Video Interview Duration : 3 months (with possible extension) Job Description: .Net Technical PM (Sr. Full Stack) Experience- 12+ years. Preferred Ex- MS and candidates in Redmond, WA. Must have worked as .Net developer in past. Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables, ensuring completion within the defined scope. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project success. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support for .NET full stack development projects. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and design. Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure high-quality delivery. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and problem-solve to keep projects on track. Conduct regular project status meetings and updates to stakeholders. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Develop and deliver detailed project reports, proposals, and documentation. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on .NET full stack development. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle. Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and the .NET framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., Angular, React). Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server) and cloud services (e.g., Azure). Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
