| Job Description: Record to Report Specialist for SAP S/4 HANA SAP HANA Modeling Dallas, TX | Plano, TX Responsibilities: Record to Report Management: Responsible for managing the Record to Report (R2R) processes in SAP S/4 HANA, with a primary focus on Financial Accounting (FI) modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Technical Expertise: Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA version 1909. Proficiency in using Front-End Fiori Tile Business Transactions. Production Support and Incident Management: Provide production support and incident management using ServiceNow and Jira platforms. Handle production issues, perform troubleshooting, and manage escalations. Integration and Data Management: Understand and manage integrations between SAP and external third-party applications for inbound jobs. Track, map, and validate data from external systems to ensure accurate posting in SAP. Handle error correction and suspense accounting for SAP postings and support the reversal process. Collaboration and Error Handling: Work closely with the production support team. Act as the first checkpoint for preliminary reviews of errors, understanding impacts, and escalating issues to the relevant teams. Track progress and ensure timely resolution of issues. Job Management: Analyze and troubleshoot outbound job failures from SAP to external third-party applications. Monitor job logs for various SAP processes (e.g., Reversal, Accruals, Prepaid, Payment, Auto Clearing). Address any issues encountered during job runs. Business Query Support: Provide production support for business queries. Differentiate between production issues and new requirements/enhancements. Understand SAP configurations to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Process Management: Ensure the completeness of daily and monthly business processes to facilitate book closure. Understand end-to-end business processes related to Record to Report.Digital Skills: Proficient in SAP HANA Modeling.Qualifications: Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly version 1909. Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and modules within SAP. Experience with production support and incident management tools like ServiceNow and Jira. Ability to manage data integration, validation, and error correction processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills: Prior experience in suspense accounting and error correction processes. Familiarity with external application integrations and job management within SAP.
