Job Title: Scrum Master Working Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Day 1 Onsite) Project Duration: Contract Facilitates agile events and activities as necessary and ensures the team is realizing value from them, including Iteration Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Iteration Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement. Help the Safe Agile Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the definition of done. Ensuring Safe Agile events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. Support the Product Owner in finding techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management. Report and coordinate to resolve all impediments and risks in the program. Help the Safe Agile Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items and works with Product Owner to ensure backlog is groomed. Leads and guide the team in Program Increment planning. Assists the team with authoring team-driven metrics and leverages existing metrics to drive improvements. Creates an environment of trust and openness where all team members have an equal voice.
