Location Alpharetta, GA (1st priority)/ Plano, TX (2nd priority) Hybrid (2-3 days onsite in a week) Number of opening - 5 Job Description: Required Skills: Tier2 Support. Focus on Outage and Incident tickets passed from T1- team 12*5 and 24*7 on Call. Analyst mindset. Debug issue and identify right team to fix it. Problem Solving Steps. Understand Architecture and debug the code (not expected to fix code). Should be able to make config updates. Proactive incident management and health check. Example: need any new alerts / triggers Development and Release participation. Define non functional requirement. New Operational requirement needs. Release readiness participation.
