MOI: F2F Make sure they have this radio knowledge and an Analyst not a developer. Radio knowledge is very helpful. More of an analyst, not developer. Actual module is there, it needs someone who understands how it works but is also to work within parameters. Troy knows the process he wants but someone who can speak to departments, can articulate how this unfolds. -Radio portion of this is unique because every dept. has radio and uses radio system. One person currently doing radio support and replacement. Using spreadsheet currently for lifecycle management, needs this person to take that info and populate the assets part of SN and process around continued update. Will be owning asset part of MAC. -Analyst skill set someone who came from support background. -5x/week onsite -Can train up on radio aspect. -Batteries, antennas, chargers, microphones all different types of assets. -ServiceNow is integrated into a lot of what they do, utilizing a lot of functionality MH: ServiceNow, specifically Asset Management within SN Organized, strong work ethic, proactive/initiate/self-motivated Preferred: ServiceNow help desk background / customer service oriented Experience working with tracking radio hardware (headsets, batteries, antennas, microphones) Our client is in need of an Analyst to consolidate disparate spreadsheets around the organization, build a process and own the data asset. Set up and develop asset management using ServiceNow, taking data from Excel. Modules exist, but this person will need to understand how it all ties together to build a processs out.
