This resource will provide ongoing support and maintenance. This position will be 100% remote. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop various COBOL / CICS applications for Siemens/Cerner Invision software products throughout Specification, Coding, Testing, Rollout, and Support. Provide support and maintenance registration, billing, scheduling and financial application software(s). Monitor and maintain the functioning of Invision application. Responsible for technical/application troubleshooting, quality assurance and documentation. Provide prompt, accurate, and respectful support to users, employing high degree of customer-service skill and technical expertise while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide on-call support to assigned applications. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Expertise with Invision and mainframe support, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with TSO/ISPF/JCL/COBOL/CICS. Ability to communicate and function at a high live within a virtual environment including but not limited to proficiency with communication/collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, IM, ServiceNow etc. Must be able to work independently with customers in defining needs and implementing solutions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
