| From: ambika gupta, tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Need candidate on PV W2 Job: Salesforce Developer Location: Onsite San Antonio, TX Job Description: Provide expert support in planning, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, upgrading, and maintaining software solutions to meet customer needs based on business requirements. Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. Document, design, develop, test, train, and deploy high-quality business solutions for Salesforce and integrated applications/databases. Translate functional specifications into technical requirements. Develop Apex classes, controllers, triggers, custom Lightning web components, and other custom applications to enhance operational capabilities and business automation. Design and build optimized, high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex/Lightning code. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant business technical experience. Extensive technical experience in Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce programming experience and/or certifications, with a specialty in Salesforce Lightning or Classic. Salesforce consultant-level knowledge, particularly in CRM and ERP or other cloud solutions. Proficiency with Apex Code, web components, APIs, and relational Salesforce database management. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience enhancing business capabilities within Salesforce solutions, including Customer Service and/or Cloud Solutions. Extensive technical experience as a Salesforce Developer in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design, and IT documentation. Expertise in application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution. Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionality. Knowledge of risk and controls, with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls, and testing those controls. Salesforce Developer Certification. Object-oriented programming experience (Apex code, Lightning web components, flows). Basic knowledge of and/or experience in the Electric and Gas Utility Industry.
