Identify business needs with business and collaborate with ITS to translate them into functional requirements. Facilitate and coordinate meetings to gather requirements and approve user stories with business/program users and ITS. Develop user stories with business and ITS business analysts. Assist the Project Manager in scoping and planning enhancements for future releases. Ability to evaluate and understand technical and integration requirements (good to have, but not required). Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination: Tasks: Create dashboards, queries, and reports using Azure DevOps to communicate the status and priority of defects and enhancements. Maintain and prioritize the enhancement backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders and ITS. Assist business users and ITS in understanding existing functionality by researching user stories already in Production. Analyze and document business processes as they are implemented. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Tasks: Conduct and facilitate UAT, including planning and scheduling UAT sessions with testers. Document test scenarios based on user stories. Request test data in collaboration with ITS. Log UAT defects in MS Azure DevOps. Review and prioritize defects with business and ITS. Understand and assign priority and severity depending on the defect. Assist the Project Manager (PM) in scoping and planning defect fixes for future releases. REQUIRED Skills: Experience in Business Analysis tools such as: MS Azure DevOps, SharePoint, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook), JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq. Years of Experience: 4 6. Experience working and coordinating with the technical teams in documenting business and functional requirements. Years of Experience: 4 6. Experience working with SDLC methodologies: Agile and Waterfall. Years of Experience: 4 6. Experience in overseeing project deliverables. Years of Experience: 4 6.
