Candidates need to be experienced in providing trainings on the EWM module within SAP. They also need to be an SME on the processes and workflow of the EWM module. Requirements: 8+ years of overall experience 3 years of (SAP EWM) Warehouse/inventory experience 2 years of training or system administration experience Provides hands-on training in core SAP EWM processes to various departments and stakeholder teams. These processes include, but are not limited to, putaway, picking strategies, cycle counts, wave picking, and storage unit management. Helps system users learn how to conduct needed transactions efficiently and correctly. Seeks ways to optimize business and system processes and workflows to align with EWM methodologies and best practices. Creates training documentation and recordings Teaches troubleshooting and error correction techniques. Must have experience in providing training for warehouse system applications, including SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management). S/4HANA preferred Experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM) and inventory best practices. Experience with Transportation Management Software Integration (Elemica preferred). Performing root cause and impact analysis, documentation, and training Ability to train users on day-to-day activities.
