You will be responsible for analyzing the current state of the tools and technologies used by our customers, such as ERP, CRM, Analytics, Customer Service application, etc. and assessing their level of maturity. You will also provide an assessment report that includes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the existing systems and applications, as well as the recommendations to improve them and achieve a higher level of maturity.
