Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. PURPOSE This hands-on individual completes business optimization analysis and recommends solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce costs within the organization. This individual supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the companys system strategy to meet evolving business needs, while providing a strong service to cross-functional stakeholders. This individual is an effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successfully documenting and communicating business requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role is the technical subject matter expert for Service Cloud implementation. They will need the ability to configure the system but not be a developer. Integration experience is also required, ideally with Salesforce.
