| From: Shubham Choudhary, Quantum World Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : Oracle OTL Payroll Consultant Location : Onsite (King of Prussia, PA) Duration : 6+ Months contract to hire Interview : Phone/Video Job Description: Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound/outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge:- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc. Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements Expertise in Payroll processes. Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating web ADI integrators Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes Understanding change management process Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations. Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
